Trains to Winnersh Triangle - Station Details and further Information on Winnersh Triangle Train Services

Winnersh Triangle train station is a train station in the suburb of Winnersh between Reading and Wokingham in Berkshire, England. The station is served by services operated by South West Trains from Reading station to London Waterloo station.

Whilst the station does have a ticket office, this is currently only staffed during the mornings Monday to Saturday with no Sunday opening despite trains operating. There was a modern self-service ticket machine outside the station building. There are no disabled access facilities available at the station despite being a new station with tactile slabs on the platform, with only stair access to/from both sets of platforms. At this point in time, it appears that South West Trains have no plans to rectify this.

The station was opened on 12 May 1986. It was built to serve large new housing and office developments situated nearby, and developers of these contributed 20% of the cost of building the station. The remainder of the costs were met by Berkshire County Council and British Rail.
