Walton-on-Thames train station (some signs in the station spell it Walton on Thames) serves the town of Walton-on-Thames in Surrey, England. The station is located in the Ashley Park area of the town. The station originally opened as Walton for Hersham. Only the two outer platforms on the slow lines are currently used.

Walton-on-Thames train station was one of the stations selected by South West Trains to have new automatic ticket gates installed at all of the exits to the station. The automatic ticket gates both up and down platform were installed and in operation on 25 June 2009. There are also smartcard validators installed, intended (in the future) for use when the barriers are unattended and open.

From Monday to Saturday Walton-on-Thames receives two trains per hour to Basingstoke and two trains per hour to Woking. There are four trains per hour to London Waterloo, two of these come from Basingstoke and two from Woking. On Sundays there are two trains per hour to Guildford and London Waterloo.
