Pembrey and Burry Port train station is a train station on the West Wales Line serving Pembrey and Burry Port, in Carmarthenshire, Wales. There is an hourly service to Manchester Piccadilly via Swansea, Cardiff Central, Shrewsbury and Crewe.

In the other direction there is an hourly service to Carmarthen, calling non-stop or stopping at Kidwelly and Ferryside, with an hourly extension to Milford Haven via Whitland and Haverfordwest. The extensions to Milford Haven are at 07:17, 09:24, 11:22, 13:22, 15:24, 17:29 and 19:31.

There is also a few daily services between Pembroke Dock and Swansea via Carmarthen. At 19:26, there is one service to Chester via Swansea, Cardiff Central, Shrewsbury and Wrexham General. This service starts from Carmarthen at 19:08, and arrives at Chester at 00:29. All of these services are operated by Arriva Trains Wales.

First Great Western operate a few services to Carmarthen from London Paddington. This saves having to travel to Swansea and travel from there to London Paddington. In the summer they even extend to Pembroke Dock. This service depearts London Paddington at 08:45 and arrives at Pembroke Dock at 14:14.
