Newhaven Harbour Railway Station is one of two active stations serving Newhaven in East Sussex, England, the other being Newhaven Town. Train services from the station are provided by Southern, and the station is on the Seaford Branch of the East Coastway Line.

There is a short branch line to Newhaven's third station Newhaven Marine, but the station is no longer used for passenger purposes (this station is also referred to as Newhaven Harbour Platform 3). For legal reasons, Newhaven Marine station receives one unadvertised service in the working timetable, the 18:52 (SX) Newhaven Marine-Lewes - it arrives there as an empty stock movement from Lewes. However, this was operated as empty stock in both directions (i.e. not for public use) from 2006 to 2008, due to the poor condition of the platform roof at Newhaven Marine, which has since been repaired. Beyond Newhaven Harbour station en-route to Bishopstone, the line reduces to single track for the remainder of the route to Seaford.
