Dunfermline Queen Margaret train station is a train station in the town of Dunfermline, Fife, Scotland. The station is managed by First ScotRail and is on the Fife Circle Line 18½ miles north of Edinburgh Waverley. The station takes its name from the nearby Queen Margaret Hospital.

The station was opened in January 2000 by Railtrack and the former National Express franchisee -ScotRail. It is located at the east side of the former triangular junction formed by Touch North, Touch South and Townhill Junctions, and serves the eastern side of Dunfermline. Passengers can only purchase tickets using a machine at the station. There is no Ticket Office or Newsagents, although there is a fairly large car park.

Monday to Saturday daytimes there is generally a half-hourly service southbound to Edinburgh and an hourly service northbound towards Kirkcaldy (and back to Edinburgh) on the Fife Circle Line. Evenings there is an hourly service in each direction and on Sundays two-hourly.
