Carntyne train station serves the Carntyne area of Glasgow, Scotland. The station is 2¾ miles east of Glasgow Queen Street train station on the North Clyde Line. The station is managed by First ScotRail. The ticket office, constructed when the line was electrified in 1960, was cleared away in the early 1990's leaving Carntyne Station unstaffed and with only the most basic 'bus stop'-style shelters on the platforms for passengers to use.

From Carntyne, Monday to Saturday daytimes, there is train every 15 minutes towards Glasgow Queen Street and beyond (Balloch/Helensburgh Central) westbound and Airdrie eastbound. Evenings and Sundays there is a half-hourly service in each direction.
