Barrhill train station is a train station serving Barrhill, South Ayrshire, Scotland. The station is managed by First ScotRail and is on the Ayr to Stranraer section of the Glasgow South Western Line. A passing loop is located here on what is otherwise a single track route.

The station has an irregular service (seven trains per day) between Glasgow/Kilmarnock and Stranraer with some of the trains running in connection with the ferry service between Stranraer Harbour and Belfast. Until December 2012 there is one through train each day to Carlisle and Newcastle. Sundays see three trains to Ayr and Glasgow and two to Stranraer.
