Trains to Aylesham - Station Details and further Information on Aylesham Train Services
Aylesham train station serves Aylesham in the English county of Kent. It is served by Southeastern. The station lies on the Canterbury East to Dover Priory line. It was built by Southern Railway on 1 July 1928 to cater for the considerable increase in passenger traffic brought about by the development of the Kent coalfield. The main modern buildings are on the London bound side of the station.
The typical off-peak service from the station is one train per hour to London Victoria via Chatham and Bromley South, and one train per hour to Dover Priory.
During Peak times of 0700 - 0830 and 1600 - 1900 Monday - Friday there are two trains to London Victoria and two trains to Dover Priory every hour. The Peak trains to Dover Priory however finish at about 2140. On Saturdays and Sundays there is no "peak" service for Aylesham Railway Station.
There is also one service to London Bridge and London Cannon Street once every morning Monday - Friday at 05:28. During some engineering works trains are also diverted to London Blackfriars. |
