Trains to Acton Main Line - Station Details and further Information on Acton Main Line Train Services

Acton Main Line train station is a National Rail station in Acton in west London. It is the first National Rail station on the Great Western Main Line out of the terminus at London Paddington. The station is served by local trains operated by First Great Western between Paddington and Greenford. It is in Travelcard Zone 3.

Trains from the station were reduced in 2004 when First Great Western won the franchise from Thames Trains. There are no services into London after 22:10 or westbound after 22:52. Daily services run about every half hour Monday to Saturday but there are no stopping services on Sundays. It is the only station between Paddington and Heathrow Airport that is not served by the Heathrow Connect service.

The proposed Crossrail link, the new underground rail line across London, will stop at Acton Main Line. Services could include up to eight trains an hour.
